Manufacturers of dietary supplement in America will have to be GMP certified. As many supplement products are imported from the US, the Association and Hong Kong Trade Development Council have co-organized a seminar on 6 November 2007 to let members and the industry to understand the pros and cons of GMP implementation in the U.S. Dr. John Hathcock, Vice President, Scientific and International Affairs of CRN (Council for Responsible Nutrition) was invited to speak and share with the audience the GMP requirements and the latest development status.
