Nutrition Labeling Workshop

In view of the Legislative Council has passed the nutrition Labeling regulation, the Association has requested the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department to organize a workshop particularly targeted to the health food industry on July 25, 08. The Workshop is divided into three parts: (1) Presentation on the regulation contents; (2) Participants were broken into groups and given mock nutrition labels to work out the correct labeling; (3) Q&A to clarify issues participants did not understand.
