Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance (Cap 138) and Undesirable Medical Advertisements Ordinance (UMAO)

Our Association had organized a free seminar on Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance (Cap 138) and Undesirable Medical Advertisements Ordinance (UMAO) for our member companies on 16 November, 2016 (Wednesday) afternoon in NU SKIN office at Causeway Bay. We had invited Mr. Clive Chan, Senior Pharmacist, Mr. John Lau, Pharmacist, Ms. Christy Wong, Pharmacist, Ms. Julianna Li, Pharmacist, and Ms. Carmen Hui, Pharmacist from Drug Office, Department of Health to be our guest speakers. This seminar provided in-depth introduction & latest update of above-mentioned regulation together live examples to illustrate the practical situation & possible solution. We had 95 enrolled registrations from 36 companies & finally we had 80 participants joined the seminar. As a token of appreciation, President Mr. Calvin Chan presented the souvenir to representative of Drug Office, Department of Health.
