On March 7, 2025, the Hong Kong Health Food Association and JD Health co-hosted the industry seminar titled “Supporting a Healthy Hong Kong: Creating a Healthy Future Together.”
During the event, JD Health shared insights into its cross-border e-commerce business, highlighting how it leverages a robust logistics network and digital platform to bring high-quality health products from around the world to the Greater Bay Area market, providing consumers with a more convenient and safe shopping experience.
GS1 introduced the critical role of coding in product traceability. With a globally unified coding system, it ensures that every stage of a product’s journey from production to sale is transparent and traceable, thus enhancing consumer confidence.
Local OEM manufacturers discussed Hong Kong’s advantages in producing high-quality health food products and explored how innovation and technological upgrades can meet the market’s demand for personalized health products.
The Hong Kong Trade Development Council’s “Hong Kong Shopping Festival” provides a platform for local businesses to showcase their products and gives consumers the opportunity to experience more high-quality local offerings, further driving economic development in Hong Kong. This event will take place in August, and interested businesses are encouraged to seize this opportunity to participate.
