The guest speaker is Dr. Roger Clemens, Director, Regulatory Science Department, School of Pharmacy, University of Southern California. Dr. Clemens has talked about the background and history of the Dietary Supplement Health Education Act (DSHEA) which was passed by the US Congress in 1994.
