\nDuring the event, we also hosted a special seminar titled \u201cHealth Foods: Building a Healthier Life\u201d to share the latest trends in health management and scientific information with the public.
\nWith the fast-paced lifestyles of urban dwellers, unbalanced diets, and widespread stress and sleep issues\u2014coupled with an aging population and heightened health awareness in the wake of the pandemic\u2014health supplements have become an important part of daily health management for many residents.
\nIn recent years, an increasing number of health supplement ingredients have been supported by clinical research and scientific evidence, further boosting public confidence in the efficacy and safety of these products. However, correctly understanding the functions of health supplements and selecting products suited to one\u2019s individual needs remain an indispensable part of health management.
\nThrough this expo and the accompanying seminars, our Association hopes to provide the public with a more comprehensive, scientific, and accurate understanding of health supplements, and to encourage everyone to manage their health in a more proactive and scientific manner, leading to healthier and more vibrant lives.
\nWe sincerely thank the public and industry peers for visiting our booth during the event to exchange ideas and offer their support.
