Hong Kong Health Expo 2016 Mr. Calvin Chan, HKHFA President was invited to be one of the guests of opening ceremony of Hong Kong Health Expo 2016 which was held on 17 June at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Association exhibited at booth A04 as a supporting organization. Hong Kong Suppliers Association 2016 Annual Dinner Mr. Calvin Chan, HKHFA President was invited by Ms. Betty Leung, Chairlady of the Hong Kong Suppliers Association to join the 15th Celebration of HKSA in a dinner party held at Regal Palace on 31st May, 2016. Products that are registered by Department of Health, the certificate of product registration can serve the same purpose more conveniently. Currently, Kong Kong has no specific regulation for health food. 教授專家舉證維他命及抗氧化劑有益人體健康 近日有報導指，長期攝取過量的維他命及抗氧化物恐會助長癌細胞增生，令廣大市民感到困惑。長久以來，抗氧化物被認為有防癌及抗衰老作用，對身體有莫大裨益，市民平日飲食也會特別挑選有抗氧化功效的蔬果或食品，不少人亦有服用補充劑習慣。有人擔心，若依據研究所指的抗氧化物攝取量，每日進食多幾個奇異果或幾份西蘭花，便已有致癌風險，為此香港中文大學內科及藥物治療學系湯寧信教授、香港健康產品慈善協會主席黃家和先生以及香港保健食品協會榮譽會長蔡節禮先生就有關報導作出回應。 Members Only
