Natural Products Expo Asia 2010 The Association was invited by Penton Media, the organizer, to be a key supporting organization of the Expo. The role is to promote the event to members as well as to the industry. During the period 26-30 August, the Association ran an exhibition booth in the Expo. The exhibition panels have details of the Honorary Scientific Board Members, full listing of members, major activities of the Association. ICMCM 2010 Exhibition HKHFA has set up an exhibition booth at the International Conference & Exhibition of the Modernization of Chinese Medicine & Health Products (ICMCM) during the period 13 to 16 August 2010. Details

SPARC Forum 2008 The Science Park Applied Research and Commercialization Forum (SPARC Forum) is a yearly event of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park for the purpose of promoting scientific research and innovations. The Forum also serves as a platform research and investment to meet so that innovations can look for opportunities of commercialization. 2008 Annual Dinner General Meeting and Dinner The Annual General Meeting and Dinner in 2008 was held on 24th October. The General Meeting has passed the President Report, the Treasurer Report, the resolution on two amendments to the Article of Association regarding the effective date of annual subscription paid by new members and the addition of Student Membership. Japan Hokkaido Trade Association Visit The Hong Kong office of the Japan External Trade Organization has invited the Association to send representatives to participate in the business promotion meeting of the Hokkaido trade association from Japan on 23 September. The Regulatory Affairs Committee representatives have briefly introduced the local market, product import and related registration requirements to the delegates; and answered specific questions of individual delegate.
